03rd of May 2021

Today match between KKR and RCB is rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The match between Kolkata Knight Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore was scheduled for Monday 03rd May. But after receiving the COVID+ confirmation report of KKR Players Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier, the BCCI rescheduled the 03rd May match.

BCCI official said Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier were found to be positive in the third round of testing in the last four days. All other team members have tested negative for COVID -19. Both the players have isolated themselves from the rest of the squad. The Medical Team is in continuous touch with the duo and is monitoring their health.

The BCCI and the Kolkata Knight Riders prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved and all measures are being taken in that endeavor.
